Services I Offer
Personalized Care and Guidance
Individual Therapy
Do you need help getting unstuck? Maybe you feel paralyzed by mental noise you can't seem to shake. Maybe you feel life is missing something but you can't figure out what. If you're struggling with uncertainty, overwhelmed by the endless cycle of "what ifs" or persistent feelings of fear, doubt, and anxiety, I want you to know that there's a better way. While the decision to seek treatment can be daunting, it opens the door to self-preservation and getting your life back. Using proven techniques, we work to change the relationship we have with these thoughts while improving your sense of self and inner wholeness. I include CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness and other therapeutic modalities to tailor your treatment.
Family Therapy
In my family therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior within the family dynamics. I will help you “re-frame” each member's reactions, decrease emotional avoidance, improve communication and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s and family challenges.
Couples Therapy
Feeling alone in your relationship? are your parenting styles colliding?... It might be time to seek help from a licensed professional. My Couples Therapy sessions help clients develop positive attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances. You will learn and practice skills to improve your relationship and I will always encourage communication to stay respectful and collaborative.
Animal Assisted Therapy
Meet Sunny, our gentle giant! Sunny is willing to assist me as my canine co-therapist. Though he is still in training, his manners are improving daily! He is working towards his Canine Good Citizen certification so our sessions are limited to outdoors when clinically appropriate. He loves people and has a kind demeanor.
